“I don't like to complain about a service but I feel like this needs to be shared. The young girl there has always taken her time and is so kind. She's always done a great job. Today I Got the older lady today. She was in such a rush because there were 2 people behind me. I could also feel her threading to be hurting more than threading normaly hurts. But she threaded my brows, upper lip, and chin and rushed to put cooling gel. She wasn't even done before she started saying "ok who's next, who's next." As if I was going to jump out the chair and the other person was going to jump in it, in the middle of her starting on my Chin. Anyways when I finally asked for the mirror I was so devastated. I told her that she took to much off on myeft eyebrow. They weren't even close to being even. She said no she didnt. I showed her and she said "do you want me to take more off?" Then proceeded to say that maybe next time to not get a trim, when i told her that wasn't what happened and that she was in a rush, she said no she wasn't, and then said maybe since it was my first time getting threaded I wasn't used to it. I told her I've gotten plenty of threading done especially there and she messed up and took way to much off my left eyebrow. She denied it and started making an excuse blaming it on it being my first experience and so on. I cut her off and I told her to just stop talking and that I was done. I paid....I was charged for the full service. As I walked out a lady asked to see my eyebrows and she confirmed that yes she took to much off the left brow. I thank her for her validation because the owner was making it out as if I was crazy. I will not be returning. I went to NAZ Threading down the street from them and the girl there was so sweet and tried her best to fix the mistake.”

“This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had getting my eyebrows threaded. She decided that she wasn’t just going to clean up my eyebrows but to reshape my whole eyebrows and I never told her to do that. All I wanted was a clean up. I already have thin eyebrows but I had a decent shape to them. But now there micro eyebrows and I don’t know what I’m going to do. I never write reviews but I feel that I needed to go out of my way to say how truly horrible of a place is. I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR EYEBROWS FOR NO ONE TO EVER COME TO THIS PLACE. You”

“The thick beautiful brows on the right are the ones I’m accustomed to getting every where else I’ve ever been. The butchered messed up ones on the right is what I received when I walked into Nancy’s asking for them to be “thick”. I used the word thick to coincide with the shape menu they had displayed on their wall. When I saw the final product, I was horrified and couldn’t hide my disappointment. I told her that she took way too much off. First she tried to blame my “curly” hair then she said I should have asked for “wide” instead of thick. She never took accountability and I’m extremely unhappy with the service I received. Be warned: this place isn’t it!!’”
